Reverse a payment that includes a bonus

If your reversal includes a bonus payment, contact your Customer Support Team. In order to ensure the tax calculated is correct for future bonuses paid using the Bonus Tax Calculation method, an entry is required in the back end to add bonuses entered on reversal adjustments into a special code "Previous Bonus."
