What's New - Powerpay 6.3

The Permanent Regular Hours field has been moved to the Employee Level section on the Permanent Rates, Factors, Earnings page. From the Payroll menu, select Regular Payment > Permanent Rates, Factors, Earnings.

Powerpay now validates the employee numbers for Direct Deposit and Deduction/Contribution imports to ensure the employee number corresponds to an exisiting employee on the payroll. If the employee number does not exist on the payroll, the following error displays and the record is not imported.

“The Employee Number provided does not belong to an employee who has been set up in Powerpay. Data can only be imported for employees already set up in Powerpay.”
