Process final run of year with no tax forms

Tax forms automatically generate by default with the last payroll of the year.

Note: Your final pay of the year can be a regular run or an extra run.

Stop tax forms from processing with final run of the year

Have you created your final pay period?

Create the final pay period run.

  1. Navigate to the Select Pay page.Closed Select the Pay Period menu button.
  2. Create a new pay period and include the following steps.

  3. Go to section Tax Form Election 2025.

  4. In the Signal Tax Form Production? field, select No.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Process your final payroll as usual.

Note: If you recently submitted your final payroll, contact your Customer Support Team.

  1. Navigate to the Select Pay page.Closed Select the Pay Period menu button.
  2. Scroll to the list of pay periods for the current year.

  3. Click the final pay period number in the Pay Period Number column. The Edit Pay Period page opens.

  4. Go to section Tax Form Election 2025.

  5. In the Signal Tax Form Production? field, select No.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Process your final payroll as usual.
