Move employees from one payroll account to another
Terminate and produce a Record of Employment (ROE) for the employee on the existing account then add them as a new employee on the second account. The regular new employee and ROE charge will apply.

Click the Exchange icon
in the Powerpay toolbar. -
Select Change Requests.

Select Transferring Employees to a New Account.

Click Contact Us.

Complete the form and click Send.
