Where are my Year-end Balancing reports?

Your Preliminary Balancing Report is available with your first pay dated in November.

  1. Go to Payroll Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Payroll Reports.

  2. Open Preliminary Year End Balancing Report.

Available with your last payroll dated in the tax year.

  1. Go to Year-End Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Year-End Reports.

  2. Open Tax Forms Package.

  1. Go to Payroll Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Payroll Reports.

  2. Open Additional Reports.

  1. Go to the Year-End Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Year-End Reports.

  2. Open Year-End Totals - After Adjustments to view your year-end reports.

  3. Open Standard Reports Package - After Adjustments to view your Payroll Register with your adjustments reflected.

If you are satisfied with the output, request your tax forms.

  1. Go to Year-End Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Year-End Reports.

  2. Open Tax Forms Package.

  1. Go to Payroll Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Payroll Reports.

  2. Select 2026 in the Reports for field to access your 2025 balancing reports.

  3. Open Additional Reports.
